Pleasanton, Calif., January 30, 2006 – Visioneer, Inc., a leader in intelligent imaging solutions, today announced that D&H Distributing was named its Fastest Growing Distributor of the Year for 2005.  D&H Distributing is a national distributor of computer and consumer electronics products and has been selling Visioneer products since 1997.  The award was presented to Mark Bowser, director of purchasing at D&H Distributing during a celebration at Visioneer’s inaugural customer event, PartnerVision 2006 from January 25-27 in St. Petersburg, Florida.

D&H Distributing was chosen for their scanner sales performance in the United States which grew its Visioneer business 380% over the prior year. This rate of growth was achieved through a strong business partnership and the D&H business philosophy of top down focus on new markets and opportunities.  This focus afforded Visioneer access to new customers and allowed them to tailor programs and communications to meet the demand of a rich and diverse VAR and retail customer base.  D&H believes that the map of success is through communiction to their employees and customers.
