VISIONEER PROMOTES JOHN DEXTER TO VICE PRESIDENT

OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Executive Responsible for Launching OneTouch Links Partnerships with

Twelve Leading Document Imaging Software Vendors

PLEASANTON, Calif. - January 15, 2008 - Visioneer, Inc., a leader in intelligent imaging solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of John C. Dexter to vice president of business development.  Since joining Visioneer in 2006, Dexter has played an integral role in implementing a growth strategy for Visioneer’s OneTouch Links architecture, while spearheading several important initiatives that have expanded Visioneer’s ISV and partner relationships.

“John’s technical expertise and understanding of end user requirements created a strong foundation for his success with our Certified OneTouch Links program,” said Murray L. As vice president of business development, Dexter is responsible for implementing enterprise-wide document management capture systems with our channel partners, and continuing to manage and build Visioneer’s partner relationships.  He also provides counsel on future product development and supports the Visioneer sales team with a team of technical sales engineers.  Dexter holds numerous certifications including Microsoft MCP, CompTIA A+ and CDIA+, Cisco CCNA and an AIIM ECMp.
