New Partnership Enables Industry Leader To Service Complex Multi-Vendor Solutions And Provide Onsite Support To Growing Customer Base
Pleasanton, Calif. -- April 19, 2005 -- Visioneer Inc., a leader in intelligent imaging solutions, today announced it has teamed with the Ingram Micro Services Network (IMSN) to improve and expand the company’s technical customer service and support capabilities throughout North America.
Under the terms of the agreement, Visioneer’s sales and technical support staff will call on the IMSN to address and resolve complex, and in many cases multi-vendor, customer service and support functions that may be out of the company’s market reach or technology expertise. This ability to ‘dispatch on demand’ will help Visioneer dramatically improve customer service levels without investing in additional infrastructure or service technicians.
As an IMSN vendor partner, Visioneer gains access to more than 800 of Ingram Micro’s best solution provider companies, which is comprised of the VentureTech Network and thousands of certified services professionals, including field engineers, network engineers, project managers and technical support representatives throughout North America.
