VISIONEER AND OPTICAL LASER ANNOUNCE VALUE-ADDED DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

PLEASANTON, Ca. – April 10, 2007 – Visioneer®, Inc., a leader in intelligent imaging solutions, today announced a partnership with Optical Laser, a national solutions distributor providing a single source for IT software, hardware, and services with operations in the U.S.  The partnership allows Optical Laser to offer their value-added resellers and document imaging system integrators the opportunity to grow their selection of content and document management solutions with Visioneer and Xerox® DocuMate® scanners.
