Current open positions:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (BILINGUAL) OTTAWA, ONTARIO CANADA OFFICE

The CSR is responsible, as initial post-sales contact, for answering the phone, verifying company information, applying problem definition when applicable, and providing assistance to customer for their specific issues (non-technical). A CSR will work an assigned shift, which may have varying start times as early as 6:00 a.m. This position requires French/English speaking, reading, and writing.
