Visioneer made its first commitment to Corporate Sustainability and Social Responsibility two years ago when we announced our partnership with The Arbor Day Foundation. While we continue our commitment to corporate sustainability, we are pleased to announce a new philanthropic program called "Where There Is a Need".

The goal of "Where There Is a Need" is to embrace responsibility for our company's actions and encourage a positive impact through our activities on the people that develop, manufacture and sell our products, the businesses and families that use our products and the communities and environment in which we all live and work. To attain this goal, we will donate $1 per registered scanner to an international disaster relief, cause, or environmental program.

May 2013 - One Fund Boston - The One Fund Boston was created to raise money to help those families most affected by the tragic events that unfolded during the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013.

February 2013 - American Red Cross - The American Red Cross shelters, feeds and provides emotional support to victims of disasters; supplies about 40 percent of the nation's blood; teaches skills that save lives; provides international humanitarian aid; and supports military members and their families.

December 2012 - Autism Speaks - Autism Speaks is the world’s leading autism science and advocacy organization.

October 2012 - Ocean Conservancy - From the Arctic to the Gulf of Mexico to the halls of Congress, Ocean Conservancy brings people together to find solutions for our water planet.

April 2012 - National Brain Tumor Society - A leader in the brain tumor community, bringing together the best of research, patient services, and advocacy and public policy.

October 2011 - Kids Kidney Research - Over 97% of all the money raised supports vital kidney research for babies and children across the UK.
