Scan-to-Google Docs with Visioneer OneTouch™

The Visioneer OneTouch link to Google Docs allows a user to scan documents, note, photos, directly into their Google Docs folders for sharing, collaboration & remote access. And it works with every Visioneer or Xerox scanner using Visioneer OneTouch v 4.6 or higher.

Visioneer OneTouch is an award winning utility that simplifies scanning to one button. Everyone wants ease of use and convenience, however sometimes in order to obtain it, you have to sacrifice quality or functionality. Not true when it comes to the Visioneer OneTouch™ technology. Visioneer OneTouch™ provides the most elegant ease-of-use scanning experience without "dumbing down" the device.

The Visioneer OneTouch link to Google Docs is the latest link development for this award winning software from Visioneer, the inventors of OneTouch and button scanning. Your Google credentials are entered once so your scanning is not interrupted at every job with log-in details. You can choose the Google Docs folder of your choice and even specify an email address so that a notification email is automatically sent with a link to your Google Docs file. By scanning images directly to Google Docs, users can easily enable remote users working from multiple locations to collaborate on the same scanned and digitized image from any computer with internet access.
