With Visioneer's trade up program you can trade up from any brand of scanner, working or not, towards the purchase of a new Microsoft XP certified Visioneer OneTouch scanner or one of the business document scanners listed below. These scanners are also compatible with Windows 98, Windows Millennium and Windows 2000. Visioneer is offering a 25% trade-up refund which will be credited to the credit card used to purchase your new scanner. You will see the credit on your credit card statement only after Visioneer has received your old scanner. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing your return.

Instructions for Visioneer's trade up program:

1) From the choices below, please choose a new scanner and place your order. You will be charged list price for the scanner at the time of your order. You will also be assigned a VS number  on your receipt at time of purchase.

2) When you return your old scanner for credit, please add the VS number from your new scanner order (example VS - #####) to the "Attention" line in the shipping address as well as to the Front, Back and Top of the outside box. Please print clearly.  Your scanner will be returned to you unless your VS number is clearly placed in the locations specified.

3) Ship your old scanner, cables and power supply to the address below. Please ship whichever way is most economical for you. Visioneer recommends obtaining a tracking number for your return because Visioneer is not responsible for lost shipments. Please have this tracking number available during any inquiries after 6 weeks.
