Which payment methods are accepted?
Visioneer accepts all major credit cards for payment or cash checks in advance.

How do I schedule return shipment for my scanners?
You will be provided a Fedex return label along with your shipment that you can use to send your rental scanner back to Visioneer.

How do I pack the scanner for return shipment to Visioneer?
Customers are responsible for saving the shipping materials, box or case and packing the scanner for return shipment to Visioneer just as they received it. All cables, software, accessories and consumables must be returned. Customers are responsible for any lost or damaged items. Replacement scanner boxes, packing material or cases are available at the customers' expense.

Does my scanner come with warranty support?
Yes. Visioneer provides technical support and advanced exchange warranty service.

What comes in the box?
Scanner, USB cable, drivers, Visioneer Acuity, Visioneer OneTouch, OCR Software

Do you carry photo scanners?
Our scanners are best used for high-speed document conversion to digital format. They can scan up to 600 dpi color which works well for viewing photos.

Do you carry flatbed scanners?
Yes, however flatbed scanners cost considerably less so they are available for purchase.

Can I purchase the scanner?
Yes, we'd be happy to share when and how to convert your rental agreement to a purchase.

What are the shipping terms?
Fedex ground is included for free. Expedited shipping fees will apply.
