Visioneer’s response to COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers and Partners:

As we all monitor the unprecedented emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want you to know that Visioneer is open for business, focused on meeting our customers’ and partners’ needs while also ensuring the safety of our employees and community. We’d like to share what we’re doing to manage the situation.

First, our thoughts are with those who have been impacted by the virus, and encourage everyone to take proper care and follow the guidance of the health community and governments working to keep us safe.

Visioneer has implemented a company-wide business continuity plan to ensure we have the ability to maintain communication with our customers and partners across the globe. We are also observing and following guidance from governments and public health organizations. We’ve taken a range of actions, including but not limited to:

  • Educating all employees about the virus;
  • Asking employees to work from home as directed by our governments;
  • Increasing and expanding cleaning of facilities;
  • Restricting business travel and events;
  • Suspending guest and customer visits to our offices;

We’re maintaining business as usual – including technical support and customer service - and our communication channels with our customers and vendors remain fully operational. Our global teams are available during their standard hours and normal channels.

While these are challenging and uncertain times, we are confident that as a company and community we will get through this together.
