Energy-Efficient Products
Visioneer Scanners meet and exceed applicable environmental regulatory requirements, including ENERGY STAR® and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), and are manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified quality and environmental management systems. Visioneer is an EPEAT Participating Manufacturer, with eligible products registered in the EPEAT program of the Global Electronics Council, supporting more sustainable electronics.
Clean Delivery, Recycling Options
All Visioneer products are packaged with 100% recyclable materials. Visioneer through its service partner community has also established an installation service offering to provide for the removal, re-use, recycling and environmentally sensitive disposal of packaging materials.
“Green” Facilities
Visioneer employees and offices actively engage in recycling programs that divert up to 95 percent of the site’s solid waste from landfills. Paper cardboard, plastic, glass, cans, printer toner cartridges, and batteries are recycled.
