Standard Service and Support Warranty
Each Visioneer product is shipped with Visioneer’s Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty, which provides technical phone support with a Visioneer Technical Support specialist, CareAR® Assist augmented reality video support via mobile device, and a 24/7 web-based support center. Also included in the Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty is return and repair or replacement service in the event a return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required.
Warranty periods vary by product:
Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty, 1 Year
7800, 7900, Patriot P15, Rabbit PC30dwn, RoadWarrior 3, RoadWarrior 4D and all earlier Visioneer products purchased as new.
Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty, 3 Years
Patriot D40, Patriot H60, Patriot H80, Patriot P90, Patriot PD45 and Patriot PH70
If physical defects are found in the materials or workmanship in the products described in this document, Visioneer will repair, or at its option, replace the product at no charge to you, provided you return it (postage prepaid, with proof of purchase) during the warranty coverage period.
Visioneer’s Refurbished Products
If physical defects are found in the materials or workmanship in a product sold as a refurbished unit, Visioneer will repair, or at its option, replace the product at no charge to you, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Contact Support for more information on obtaining an RMA.
Visioneer’s RMA Replacement Products
If physical defects are found in the materials or workmanship in the refurbishment of an RMA product replacement, Visioneer will repair, or at its option, replace the product at no charge to you, for a period of 90 days from the date the RMA was created, or until the end of the original warranty period, whichever is greater. Cancellation
Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty is included with your device at no charge. It cannot be canceled.
